LOSE WEIGHT THE HEALTHY WAY

My body structure is slim. Many ask about how i maintain to be slim despite the three kids i have. Well, i do have some diet regimen. Whenever i feel i have gain weight, i eat less in the morning and i skip lunch most of the times.  This is not healthy i know but this is my way of getting rid of unwanted fats deposited in my tummy.  Besides, whenever i gain weight, i gasp for breath. I have nothing against obese people,  but for myself i just don't like to be fat.
